I saw my husband is showing his house to me here and there and where we both went upstairs I asked him, what is there he denied and say nothing it was just a house's temple. I go upstairs and saw there is a shivlinga with lot of fruits and flowers covered and kept aside. Then when I take a step forward to check this I suddenly saw a snake appear below my feet . After that, I got terrified and when I put my eyes forward on shivling I saw too much snakes covered also. I go to my husband and ask him my he hide this that there are snakes in the home. He said he just didn't tell me just like that with no specific reason. My mother in law was also there.
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In your dream, several key elements stand out that could provide insight into its meaning:
House: The house in dreams often symbolizes the self or your inner world. It may represent your relationship with your husband or aspects of your home life.
Husband: His role in the dream could symbolize your relationship dynamics, trust, or communication in your partnership. His act of showing you the house could signify a desire for openness, but his denial about the upper level may indicate hidden aspects of the relationship or things not yet revealed.
Temple and Shivlinga: The Shivlinga, associated with Lord Shiva in Hinduism, represents creation, preservation, and destruction. The presence of fruits and flowers suggests an offering or reverence; it might symbolize spiritual growth or the potential for renewal in your life.
Snakes: Snakes often represent hidden fears, transformation, or something repressed. In this dream, the snake appearing beneath your feet might symbolize a fear or threat that you are unaware of or ignoring in your waking life. The fact that there are many snakes could indicate an overwhelming sense of anxiety or situations you feel are deceptive.
Mother-in-law: Her presence may indicate family dynamics or traditional values influencing your relationship. She could also represent someone who witnesses or influences the balance of the relationship with your husband.
The overall tone of fear and surprise suggests that there are aspects of your life—particularly in your relationship or home environment—that might not be fully addressed or acknowledged. Your husband’s reluctance to discuss certain matters suggests a communication gap or undisclosed issues that you may need to confront.
In summary, this dream could be urging you to explore and discuss any hidden feelings or fears in your relationship. It may be a call for more openness and understanding between you and your husband, while also considering how family influences your bond. It can also reflect a personal journey of self-discovery and confronting fears, fostering growth and healing in your life.
